Saxon Motorcycles Europe presents first dealer in Germany

NewsPosted by HRNEWS 2009-04-23 23:29:46
Saxon Motorcycles Europe presents her first official dealer in Germany: Saxon Motorcycles Bayern. From now on the European Saxon models Warlord and Firestorm are also for sale in Germany.

Saxon Motorcycles Europe is excited, the owners give their reaction: “Germany is one of the ultimate motor countries, it is fantastic to also have a professional dealer there now” says Rinke Andringa. “They will be able to communicate the feeling of freedom and fun of our beautiful custom bikes to the consumer” adds Frank Vermeulen. Rolf Hermes, owner of Saxon Motorcycles Bayern says: “I am very proud to present these beautiful American Saxons in Germany. These bikes will always fit, because they are produced custom for every individual customer.”

In Germany riding motorcycles is a big hobby, the beautiful landscape, the nice and good roads and the space create the ideal opportunity to drive a bike in a country like Germany. The tough look of the American Saxon bikes can only increase the fun. The Saxon models Warlord, Firestorm and Henchman are factory build motorcycles customly produced, with an extreme, stylish presentation. Beautiful semi-custom bikes which really fit to people who find freedom and pleasure important and dare to make their own choices. At the same time they drive comfortably.

Saxon Motorcycles Europe has obtained the European Type Approval for the Firestorm and Warlord in February 2007 and this month for the Henchman. The motorcycles now are approved in conformity with the strict European standards on safety, emission and sound. Therefore all bikes of Saxon Motorcycles Europe are “road legal” and can be put on license by the dealers in every country of the European Union (EU).

General information about Saxon Motorcycles Europe and their models can be found on www.SaxonMotorcycles.eu

Blog ImageSUMMER IN FULL SWING IN LOWER MANHATTAN-Cobblestone Streets, Historic Pier, Fireworks, Live Music All Part of Summer at South Street Seaport

June 27, 2007 in Events (ForImmediateRelease.Net) NEW YORK, June 2007 – With New York harbor and the Brooklyn Bridge as the backdrop, the South Street Seaport is home to a wide variety of summer activities, many of which are free.

South Street Seaport’s Pier 17 is designated as the only downtown location for viewing New York City’s annual Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks as part of the River to River Festival. The evening gets started early, at 2 p.m., with a dj spinning music for the gathering crowd of New Yorkers. At approximately 9 p.m. a breath-taking pyrotechnic display launches above the harbor.

Also, summer marks the return of Seaport Music, one of the New York’s most acclaimed, annual free indie music series, presented by the River to River Festival. At 7 p.m. every Friday night from June 29 – August 29, thousands of music fans flock to the Seaport to see and hear performances by critically acclaimed national and international recording artists – from the burgeoning to the legendary. This summer’s highlights include Fujiya and Miyagi (7.6), The National (8.17) Camera Obscura (8.24), and Battles (8.31), among others.

On Thursday nights, from July 19 to August third, the Seaport teams up with New York radio station 98.7 KISS-FM to present Soul Summer Nights featuring recording breaking and established R&B and soul artists such as Ruben Studdard (7.19), Leela James (8.16) and Christette Michelle (8.23), among others. Additional details and the complete schedule of free concerts are available at www.SeaportMusicFestival.com .

Yet another special night of music is scheduled for 8 p.m., Thursday, July 12, as Brooklyn Philharmonic returns to the Pier 17 stage for a special night of classical music. The Brooklyn Philharmonic made its debut at the Seaport in June by performing live to a massive fireworks display as part of the annual Target Children’s Day and Fireworks.

In addition, on any given summer day, visitors will find the Seaport is home to many special events, mobile tours and walk-a-thons, including the Crystal Light Mobile Tour (7.14), Nickelodeon Slime Across America (7.24), the Special Olympics Duck Derby (8.6), the New York State YoYo Contest (8.11), and the New York State Deaf Exposition (8.19), among others.
